It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wanda Bissell (Cedar Rapids, Iowa), born in Lamont, Iowa, who passed away on March 26, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Vern Kellogg and Hazel Kellogg; her husband Leo Bissell; and her siblings, Francis, Babe and Evelyn.

She is survived by : her children, Shane Bissell, Lance Bissell, Lea Cliff (Gary) and Barry Bissell (Stacia); her grandchildren, Braxton, Braeden, Shayla Bissell, Rylee and Jillian Cliff; her brother Gary Kellogg of Iowa City; and her friend Marilyn Vanderhei.
