He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Chadima and Gladys Charipar; his wife Joan Nagel; his daughters, Laura Chadima-Beer (Jeff Beer) and Ann Charles (Brian); and his grandchildren, Kay Beer, Lauren Beer, Jack Charles and Emily Charles.

Memorials may be directed to First Presbyterian Church and the Dennis and Donna Oldorf Hospice House of Mercy.
