He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Jackson and Gwendolyn Jackson (Scott); and his brother Donald Jackson. He is survived by: his wife Janet Jackson of Cedar Rapids; his children, Natalee Uran (Aaron) of Apple Valley, Roxanne Ross (Steve) of Alburnett and Doug Jackson (Jennifer) of Winterset, Iowa; his grandchildren, Jill Ramsey, Justin Uran, Stephanie Vos, Audra Klinkner, Mitchell Ross, Samantha Leng, Brittany McClain, Alexis, Jordan Jackson, Jack and Jessica Hannon; and his sister Roseann Devening of Minneapolis, Minnesota.. He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.
A memorial fund in Wayne's name has been established.
