He is survived by: his wife Nancy Bills; his children, Pamela Jo Kaufman (Gary) and Michael Bills (Sandra); and his stepsons, Chris Stultz (Paula) and Jimmy Stultz (Elizabeth).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Eastern Iowa Honor Flight in his honor. 100% of donations go to providing honor flights to veterans of WWII, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War.
