With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Allen Hurlbut Jr. of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, who passed away on July 25, 2025 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though William may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those William touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his father William Allen Hurlbut Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Carol Rose Jensen (Conrad); his wife Joyce Hurlbut of Casper, Wyoming; his stepfather Marvin Jensen of Crescent, Iowa; and his sisters, Denise Jensen of Lincoln and Michelle Rydberg (Scott) of Bellevue, Nebraska. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
