He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross Todd and Peggy Knight Todd; his stepfather Vern Beck; his in-laws, Keith McBurney and Phyllis Herrington; his stepsiblings, Mike Beck, David Beck and Connie Beck; and his nephew Ben Beck.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda McBurney of Cedar; his son Keith Vernon Todd of Barnes City; his sisters, Kathy Nelson (Joe) of Oskaloosa and Belinda Todd of Oskaloosa; his brothers-in-law, Mike McBurney (Denise) and Bruce McBurney; and his niece Molly Bruns (Baldy).
Memorials may be made to the Cedar Township Fire Department and the Cedar Improvement Association.
