With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Ealy of Cedar, Iowa, who passed away on July 11, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond Franklin and Naomi Belle Ealy (Boaz); his uncle Reverend Bill Boaz (Martha); his son Lester Ealy Sr.; his sisters, Faye Holladay (Melvin), Edna Brossard, Barbara Ferch (Larry) and Naomi Ealy; and his brother-in-law Lary Roztocil.
He is survived by : his children, Michael Ealy (Sara) of Holiday, FL and Stephanie Ramirez of Oklahoma; his siblings, Jerry Ealy (Linda) of Cedar Rapids, June Stephenson (Frank) of Center Point, Rose Swank (Gary) of Maquoketa, Mona Bates of Brandon and Veronica Roztocil (Lary) of Cedar Rapids; his grandchildren, Logan Ealy, Mary Ealy, Amber Cloud, Lester Ealy Jr., Jessica, Billy and Jerry; and his great grandchild Darlene Ealy (Laurie Galindo). He is also survived by his family and friends.
