Patrick Kinney wrote a sympathy message

““Chris headed the Hawkeye Valley Area Agency on Aging in Waterloo for many years. He was involved in many political campaigns and community and business projects through his ad agencies. He chaired the Waterloo Chamber of Commerce and directed the “Thunder in the Valley” air show at the Waterloo airport. On a personal level, he maintained his faith and served his church — even when he found it challenging to do so. I so valued his confidence and friendship. God bless him and his loved ones.””
