He is survived by : his parents, John Cruise and Linda Cruise (Denzler); his wife Kimberly; his sons, Tyler and Conner; his parents-in-law, Jon and Diane Reed; his sister-in-law Darcy Reed (Mike); and his nephews, Reed and Sam Blocksome.
