In the sacred silence of farewell, Debra is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her sister Carol Tuttle of Falls Church, VA.. She is survived by: her husband David; and her sisters, Nancy Richardson (Elmer) of Arlington Height, IL, Joan Anderson of Maurertown, VA, Mary Elizabeth Tanner (Donald) of Nelson and British Columbia. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Cedar Memorial Chapel of Memories (4200 1st Ave NE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52402).
