She was predeceased by : her parents, Arthur Lowell and Phyllis Lowell; her brothers, Keith Lowell and Charles Lowell; her parents-in-law, Lloyd, Esther Primrose, Ruth Lowell, Robert, Skip Primrose, David and Susan Volz; and also Dorine Schmidt Lowell.
She is survived by : her children, Barb Primrose Steffens (Elk), Ann Primrose Ackerson (Donovan) of Oakton, VA and Roger Harold Primrose (Joke) of Adel, IA.; her husband Harold "Pinky" Primrose; her grandchildren, Michael Steffens (Yin Ying) and Shanghai; her children, Sarah Steffens of Chicago, IL, Meredith Ackerson, Salt, Robert Primrose of Cedar Rapids, IA, Mark Primrose and Rachel Primrose of Adel, IA.; her siblings, Payson Lowell of Overland Park, KS and John Lowell (Maria Jose) of Arlington, VA; and her sisters-in-law, Winnie Lowell and Gayle Holt of Hobo Sound, FL.
