She was predeceased by : her parents, John Zaruba and Mary Zaruba (Monaghan); her husband George Simpson; and her brother John Zaruba. She is survived by : her daughters, Deb Schwiebert (Jeff) of Mt. Vernon, Lori Burrell (Ryan) of Quasqueton and Terri Herb of Cedar Rapids; her stepchildren, Denise Dronen, Steve Simpson, Terry Simpson and Rob Simpson; and her siblings, Paul Zaruba of Cedar Rapids and Mary Willits (Ken) of Oklahoma. She is also survived by Six grandchildren, ten great grandchildren.
