She was predeceased by: her parents, Maxwell Netolicky and Juanita Netolicky (Nolley); and her cousin Elizabeth Dyal. She is survived by: her husband Kevin; her daughter Nicole Hartmann; and her siblings, Judy Good, Gary Netolicky and Cheryl Smith. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
