He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Dessert and Jean Dessert; and his siblings, Michael and Mary Anne. He is survived by: his siblings, Jerry (Barb), Jeanne (Ed), Suzanne (John) and Michele (Mike); and his friend Mark Carlson. He is also survived by 31 nieces and nephews.
