He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Gallo and Rose Gallo (Scolaro); his sons, Jamie and John Gallo, Jr.; and his siblings, Mike, Mary Grace, Anna and Rose Louise.
He is survived by: his brother Anthony Gallo; his children, Debra Hewett (Dale) of Robins, IA, Daniel Gallo (Lori) of Clarksville, TN, Justin Gallo and Cherilyn Gallo of Seattle, WA; his grandchildren, Mitchell Benfer, Rick Gallo (Lindsay), Chris Gallo (Johanna), Sean Benfer, Dillon Gallo (Beth) and Louis Gallo; and his great grandchildren, Faith, Issac, Carson Gallo, Veda Benfer, Alden Gallo and Avett Gallo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
