He was predeceased by: his parents, Burton Joseph Lee and Adelle Elizabeth Lee (Frank); and his wives, Carol Lee (Moore) of Mark's Lutheran Church and Ann Lee (Ketelsen). He is survived by: his children, Joe, Dana Hagstrom (David) and David Lee (Julie); and his sister Kären Louise Lee Warmack. He is also survived by four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; Ann's children, grandchildren and great grandchildren, and many cherished relatives and friends.
