He was predeceased by: his father Homer; and his pet Dutchie. He is survived by: his significant other Amy Severide; his family, Jack, Sam, Allante and Amy; his daughter-in-law Lauren; his siblings, Rich, Mike, Mary, Rhonda and Julie; and his mother June. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, friends.
