She was predeceased by: her parents, John Elsbury and Grace Elsbury (Romig); her former husband Arlo Netolicky; her son-in-law Jerry Cada; and her grandson Luke.
She is survived by: her husband Czech; her children, Una Phelps (Dave) of Marion, IA, Zelda De Hoedt (Russ) of Cedar Rapids, IA, Ida Cada of Shueyville, IA and Rex Netolicky (Joey) of Hiawatha, IA; her grandchildren, Amanda (Mike), Elizabeth (Josh), Andrea (Ben), Marissa (Riley), Jordan (Brandi) and Andrew (Darian); and her great grandchildren, Bryson, Blakely, Boston, Jenna, Jacie, Lainey and Emma.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Cedar Memorial Park Chapel of Memories.
