She was predeceased by: her parents, Winifred Stoltz (Sue) and Eugene Stoltz (Louie); her sister Lucinda Werderman (Cindy); and her grandparents, Florence and Stuart DeGroot.
She is survived by: her husband Jeff Shimek (Jeff) of Tony's Pizza; her daughters, Jennifer Colburn (Brian) and Jill Heald (Todd); her brother Stuart Stoltz (Lauren); her grandchildren, Taylor Heald (Kaleb Goodwin), Alex Heald, Karsyn Wennermark (Trenten), Jackson Colburn (Courtney), Spencer Heald, Avery Keen (Evan Behrens), Weston Keen, Wyatt Colburn and Cody Colburn; and her great grandchild Jesse Goodwin. She is also survived by her family, friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Cedar Memorial Chapel of Memories.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Diabetes Association in Judy's memory.
