She is survived by: her children, Colin Pinney (Sandra) and Carlene Vavricek (Gary); her grandchildren, Christian Pinney, Kyle Vavricek (Catherine) and Kurt Vavricek (Sydney); her great grandchildren, Korbin, Colton, Cheyenne Vavricek, Jaxon and Kasey Vavricek; her brother Dean Hyde (Linda); and her sister-in-law Cheryl Clemmensen. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family where a donation will be given in Karol's name.
