Kathy Safley Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 28, 2025, at the age of 76, Kathy Safley of Cedar, Iowa passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Kathy Safley to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Kroymann and Arlene Kroymann (Churchill); her sister-in-law Kristy Kroymann (Schroeder); and her parents-in-law, Robert and Jean Safley.
She is survived by: her husband Tom; her children, Susan Cano (Kevin) of Cedar Rapids, Lisa Callender (David) of Lee's Summit and Brian Safley (Karen) of Cedar Rapids; her grandchildren, Brandon, Justin, Colin Cano, Matthew, Morgan Callender, Krissy Horton and Addilyn Safley; and her brother Kraig Kroymann (Marsha) of Swisher. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be directed to Last Hope Animal Rescue (adopthope.org/donate (http://adopthope.org)), in Kathy's name, in honor of her love for animals and the many beloved furbabies she and Tom adopted over the years.
