He is survived by: his stepson Wayne Canterbury; his grandson Robbie Witcraft; his sister Kara Leyse (Kelly); his brother-in-law Alan Smith (Judy); his niece Madalyn Leyse; his nephew D. J. Smith; his close friends, Cathy, Kris Hill, Bob and Lisa Hansen; Kim Cromer (Canterbury) and Kaia.
