Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Martin for his warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. He is survived by: his wife Colleen; his children, Tara (Ron Segassie), Jason and Jeremy; and his grandchildren, Sean and Avery.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Cedar Memorial Park (4200 1st Ave NE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52402). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Cedar Memorial Park Chapel of Memories (4200 1st Ave NE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52402).
Throughout his professional life, Marty was involved in a number of endeavors and was especially proud of his work managing the Baron De Hirsch Meyer Foundation in Miami Beach, Florida.
