Noma leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Noma’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Noma will carry forward her memory in their hearts.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Edmund Wilkerson and Mildred Wilkerson; and her daughter Janice. She is survived by: her significant other Wayne Lucas; and her children, Karen, Dale and Paul.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Eastern Iowa Honor Flight.
