In the vast expanse of eternity, Richard shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Richard farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Charles DeMeulenaere and Kathryn Cristine Low; and his brother-in-law Craig Dunlap. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Ann DeMeulenaere; his stepson John Allen Goodwater Jr.; and his sister Karen Ann Dunlap. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home. A rosary was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 4:30 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the All Saints Catholic Church.
