With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Frondle of Cedar, Iowa, born in Belle Plaine, Iowa, who passed away on June 20, 2023 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Frondle and Letta Frondle (Shadbolt); his former life partner Nellie Frondle; and his siblings, LeRoy, Charles, Orville Frondle and Virginia Morrie.

He is survived by : his wife Joyce; his daughter Carol Christiansen (Scott) of Faribault, MN; his stepchildren, Bev Myers, Cathy Ham, Robert Kirk (Michelle) of Riverside, CA and Brenda Quandt (Pat) of Coggon; and his sister Pat Frederick.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to the Honor Flight of Eastern Iowa.
