She was predeceased by: her father William Vaughan. She is survived by: her mother Janet Vaughan of Grand Haven; her husband Noel C. Kurt; her sister Debora Vaughan of Elk River; and her grandchildren, Christopher (AJ) of Independence, Adam (Katie), Ryan (Melanie) of Des Moines, Zachary (Emilee) of Manhattan, Elizabeth of Richmond and Virginia. She is also survived by three nieces and her children.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Sandra's name to Theater Cedar Rapids or Cedar Rapids Animal Care and Control.
