It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley Anderson Reynolds of Cedar, Iowa, who passed away on July 8, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Edith Gingles; her husbands, Loren Anderson and John Reynolds; her children, Marsha Sherbon and Larry Anderson; and her grandson Travis Anderson.
She is survived by: her children, Wayne Anderson (Julie), Brian Anderson (Tina) and Patricia Sedlacek (Richard); her son-in-law Joe Sherbon; and her stepchildren, Art, Chas and Clarissa.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Open Bible Church (1911 E Ave NW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52405). A burial was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family is asking for donations for the Hospice House of Mercy or First Open Bible Church.
