He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Flannagan and Marie Flannagan (Blanchard); and his wife Sheila Flannagan (Hanken). He is survived by: his children, Patrick Flannagan (Brooke) and Jennifer Cox (Kip); and his grandchildren, Harper, Beckett Flannagan, Blaine and Anthony Cox.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cedar Memorial Park State Room in Cedar Rapids. A memorial service was held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Cedar Memorial Park Chapel of Memories.
Memorial contributions may be given to the family to be distributed to the grandkids.
