He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Clair and Eugenia Elizabeth Carlin (Horkheimer); his wife Rosalee Carlin (Wayson); and his brothers, Greg and Dave Carlin.
He is survived by: his children, Kellie Carlin, Dawn Stanard, Jim Stanard, Denise Stanard (Darren Megrew) and Renee Stanard; his grandchildren, Matthew, Brandt, Christopher and Courtney; his brothers, Patrick Carlin (Melba) and Stephen Carlin (Deb); Melanie and Karmin.
