He was predeceased by: his parents, Milo Castek and Virginia Castek (Sarchett); his in-laws, Laurence and Ivadell Benion; his siblings-in-law, L. D. Benion and Penny Castek; and his goddaughter Courtnee Pingaro.
He is survived by: his wife Andi; his daughters, Kim Heaverlo (Ron) and Kelli Chesmore (Kurt); his grandchildren, Nick Heaverlo (Tanya), Morgan Heaverlo (Spenser), Josie Dighton (Nick) and Max Chesmore; his great grandchildren, Sophie, Stella, Poe and Daphne; his brother David Castek; and his godson Tom Weyant. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family, who will designate them to Anchor Bible Church, Blue Creek Fire Inc., and Center Point Regional Ambulance.
