She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyle Frank and Inez Frank (Waterbury); her husband Don; and her daughter Patti Kay Davis (Carver). She is survived by: her children, Peggy Ann Carver (Dave Humphrey) of Ridgefield, Richard Dean Carver (Rachel) of Edgewood and Polly Marie Carver-Kimm (Todd Kimm) of Urbandale, Iowa; her sister Susan Heins (Ron) of Vinton, Iowa.; her grandchildren, Charlie Davis (Eryn) of Indianola, Lauren Humphrey (Adam Bernstein) of Culver City, Emily Humphrey of Portland, Joe Carver (Jenny) of Flagstaff, Ben Carver (Amy) of Flagstaff, Jon Carver (Courtney) of Flagstaff, Hannah Carver of Albuquerque, Tara Brown (Jordan) of Story City, Kaitlin Alter (Bruce) of Oklahoma City and Trevor Kimm (Lauren) of Nashville, Tennessee.; and her great grandchildren, Audrina, Brynlee, Cayla, Jordan Jr. Brown, Soren Carver, James Carver and Lila Alter.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations in Lila's memory be directed to the nonprofit "Friends of the Center Point Public Library", 720 Main Street, Center Point, Iowa 52213.
