She was predeceased by: her parents, James Clarence Clark Sr. and Virginia Clark (Clemens); and her siblings, James Clark Jr. and Madge Ellen Clark. She is survived by: her siblings, John Clark (Leota) and Janis Clark; and her close friend Mike Novotny. She is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
