It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dolores Louise Mehrhoff of Centerville, Iowa, who passed away on September 26, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Eugene Phillips and Esther Enola Phillips (Baldwin); her husbands, Floyd "Dean" Mehrhoff and Leonard Okle Coy; her sons, Randy Dean Mehrhoff and Roger Dale Mehrhoff; her sister Janet Gwen Phillips; and her sisters-in-law, Carol Phillips and Kathy Phillips.
She is survived by: her daughter Susan Mehrhoff; her grandchildren, Amber Mehrhoff, Sarah Mehrhoff, Destiny Collis, Austin Finks and Porter Finks; her great grandchildren, Taylor, Zach, Aaliyah, Donavan, Gabby, Morgan, Jaydan, Hadley, Rhyat and Pixie; and her siblings, Edward Phillips, Rich Phillips and Jeanne Mumson. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Thomas Funeral Home-Centerville (501 N 18th St, Centerville, IA 52544). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
