She is survived by : her sister Barbra Garr; her husband John Mericle; her son Scott Wells; her pet Taz; her siblings, Rosie Stevens (Donnie), Janie Myers, Eli Wells and Johnnie Wells; her nieces and nephews, Jody Wells-Spurgeon and John Wells; her siblings, Jerry Wells (Peggy), Barbara Garr (Edward) and Kathy Hill (Dickie); and her niece Crystal Buffington.
