He was predeceased by: his parents, John Starchevich and Celia Starchevich (Risher); his wife Lynn Powers; and his brother David Starchevich. He is survived by: his daughters, Stephenie, Kelly Culver (Kirk) and Hope Faris (Tod); and his grandchildren, Kord Culver, Keath Culver, Garrett Faris and Addyson Faris.
