She is survived by: her husband Bobby Eddy; her son Johnnie Cowan (Johnna Kimberlin); her grandchildren, Daniel Cowan (Megan), Alyssa Cowan, Kelsey Cowan, Dakota Cowan, Sophia Cowan and Shakira Cowan; her great grandchild Jack Daniel Cowan; her brother Rick Perkins; her niece Breanne Hunt; and her nephew Brian Perkins.
