She was predeceased by : her parents, Ephriam Ferris Black and Rose Black (Kettleson); her siblings-in-law, Dennis and Hulda Kluxdal; and her son-in-law Doug Wells.

She is survived by : her husband James L. Kluxdal of Centerville; her children, Lon Kluxdal (Marlene), Pam Wells (Gary Anderson) and Kim Kluxdal; her grandchildren, Dennis Kluxdal (Brooklyn) and Nicole Wells; and her great grandchildren, Cali, Layton and Kinsley.
