He is survived by : his wife Carol Cunningham; his granddaughter Saphia; his daughters, Crystal Cunningham (Cody Zugg) and Cassie Cunningham (Troy Hilty); his grandchildren, Talia Cunninham, Jamesen Seddon and Ivan Zugg; and his sister Linda Cunningham.
