She is survived by : her children, Dan Burns (Michelle Ingersoll) of Des Moines, IA, Robin Purkey (Kenneth) of Unionville, MO and Shelly McGrann (Jack) of Cincinnatti, IA; her grandchildren, Joey Knowles (Brandi) and Juanita Kahler (Alex); her children, Shaelynn Mikels (David), Sarah Horralla (Josh), Zachary McGrann and Jeremiah McGrann (Tracy); and her sister Carol Ann Hayes. She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins, and good friends.
