She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy McCoy and Bertha McCoy (Stevens); her husband Billie Espy; her daughter Vicky Espy; her son-in-law Jim Hurtt; her siblings, Betty DeVore (Lawrence) and Charles McCoy; and her brothers-in-law, Clyde Steves, Al Fowler and Ward Arbogast.

She is survived by: her daughter Diann Hurtt; her grandchildren, Joedy Hurtt and Halley Stinchfield (John); her great grandchildren, Jameson and Hannah Stinchfield; her siblings, Helen Stevens, LaDonna Arbogast, Carol Clark (Vernon Jr.) and Tom McCoy (Dana); and her sister-in-law Linda McCoy.
