Douglas; her sons, David Lee Douglas and Steven William Douglas; her siblings, Jack, Fred Kennis, Leona Mea Larson and Doris Marie Weaver; her son-in-law Micheal Joseph Blackledge; her niece Sheri Beale; and her nephew Ronald Kennis.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Ray Douglas and Rose Marie Blackledge-Krimminger (Mike); her siblings, Joseph Kennis (Lois) and Judith Irene Beale (Jim); her grandchildren, Michelle Douglas Rangal, Rachel Douglas Stallings, Joseph Blackledge and Adam Blackledge; and her son-in-law Robert Krimminger. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Thomas Funeral Home-Centerville (501 N 18th St, Centerville, IA 52544). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
