He is survived by : his wife Vicky Stephens of Centerville; his children, Michael Stephens Jr. (Colleen) of Centerville and Suzanne Hillyard (Don) of Newton; his brother Pat Stephens (Connie) of Centerville; his siblings-in-law, Sheila Hawk-Foster (Ricky) of Centerville and Larry Johnson of Centerville; his fathers-in-law, Rick VanBlaricon (Sheila) of Centerville and Brian VanBlaricon (Deb) of Centerville; his grandchildren, Madigan Wyre (Austin), Cydney Hillyard, Richard Finch (Holley), Zachery Bell, Nicholas Bell (Paige), Josey Stephens, Megan Fulkerson (Johnny) and Jason Stephens; and his great grandchildren, Lillie, Korey, Logan, Corbin, Riley, Xander, Xaden, Asher, Gentry and Remington.
