It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Payer of Centerville, Iowa, born in Pocahontas, Iowa, who passed away on July 11, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Niemand and Clara Niemand (Joachims); her husband Duane Payer; her brother Jack Niemand; and her great grandchild Coralynn Sobolik.
She is survived by: her children, David Payer, Denise Sebolt (Rick) and Denae Payer; her grandchildren, Josh Rodrick (Chris), Melissa Brevig (Bradley), Meagan Sobolik (Paul), Steven Kaster (Shelley), Megan Jedlicka (Justin), Staci Freeman (Dustin), Scott Kaster (Ashley) and Aryc Huff; and her siblings, Gary Niemand (Kathy) and Carol Holleson.
