She was predeceased by: her mother Roxie Dollrus Proctor (Cook); her husband Robert "Bob" McNeal; her parent Vernie Proctor; her siblings, Raymond, Robert, Eldon, Ernest, Daryl, Dorothy Mathews Holmes, Donna Bell Johnson, Verna Christian, Lela Grove and Virginia Proctor; and her granddaughter Samantha Rexroat.
She is survived by: her children, Katharine Newman (Earl), Vicki Rexroat (Randy), Anthony McNeal (Tammy) and James McNeal (Julene); her grandchildren, Melanie Johnson (Nathan), Elizabeth Huey (Sam), Iesha McNeal, Brandi Rexroat, Krisha Rexroat, DeShann Rexroat, Eva Fisk, Rowen Fisk, Janna Cole (Hank), Kimberly Melendez (Melissa), Robert McNicholas II (Searra), Dwight McNeal, Nathan McNeal and Xander McNeal; and her sister Frances Wright. She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews.
