He is survived by: his wife Lynette Gerst of Central City; his children, Christy (David) of California, Amy (Chad) of Wilton, Iowa and Andy of Muscatine, Iowa; his stepsons, Ryan (Laurel) of Center Point and Curtis (Sarah) of Marion, Iowa; his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Cady, Kayla, Abagail, Cory, Ava, Claire, Charlotte, Madison, Marshall and Greyson; and his nieces and nephews, Lenny, Carie, Teresa and Kenny.
