He was predeceased by: his grandmother Myra Johnson. He is survived by: his parents, Angela Johnson and Jay Lavely; his close friend Jonny Spicer; his girlfriend Katilynn Spicer; his stepfather Jeff Hildreth; his siblings, Kayla Johnson, Selena and Anthony Solano; his stepbrother Randle Morris; his niece Paislee Johnson; his grandfather Ira Johnson; his aunts, Sherry Johnson and Tracy Schneider (Robert); and his uncle Clay Johnson (Brandi).
Family will receive friends on Monday, November 30, 2020 from 4:00 p. m. to 6:00 p. m. Per Iowa coronavirus guidelines, face masks are required at all services and a limited number of visitors will be allowed in the facility at the same time.
Due to the sudden and tragic circumstances of Chase's death, the family has requested that memorials be made to his family in care of Angela Johnson. The memorials will go toward the cost of the funeral and to organizations that reflect the life of Chase's at a later date.
