He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly Sue Boldt; his wife Zelda Stout; his sisters, Ann Dilley (Ken) and Mary Davis (Lane); his siblings-in-law, Judy Schreck and Wayne Stout (Patty); his siblings' children, Deann Remington-Schaefer (Rex), Scott Remington, Chris Davis, Shana Kays (Chris), Elizabeth Schmidt (Mike), Mike Schreck (Carolyn), Jeff Schreck (Chris), Teresa Pate (Rick), Brian Schreck, Shelley Payne (Tim) and Tina Riley (Patrick); and his close friends, Arlan Dezwarte and Jim Wade.
