He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Lewis and Mabel LeRena Keith (Wardlow); his wife Ruth Darlene Hatfield; his children, Gary Keith and Carrol Thompson; and his siblings, Rollie, Donnie and Larry Keith.
He is survived by: his children, Sharon Dingeman of Des Moines, Terry Keith of Alden, Rose June (Denis) of Alden and Robin Keith of Chariton; and his son-in-law Paul Thompson. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, 7 great-great-grandchildren.
