He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Mundy and Darlene Mundy. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Mundy; his daughters, Lindsay Puente (Alfredo), Stacey Perkins (Jared), Chloe Mundy, Morgan Mundy and Maddison Mundy; his stepsons, Justin Chiri, Steven Chiri and Seth Pinard; his grandchildren, Brooklyn, Liam, Roman, Freddy, Evelyn, Payton, Kenslyee, Emberlee, Kendalynn, Madalynn and Landon; and his siblings, Jim Mundy (Nancy), Sheila Wessel and Vicki Hale (John). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
